The host fishes are monkey goby (Neogobius fluviatilis) and round goby (Neogobius melanostomus). The peculiarities of spatial distribution of infected fishes in the water area of the Kakhovka reservoir and regularities of invasion parameters by plerocercoids Ligula pavlovskii depending on the host species and size of the hosts are described.
