Краткое описание

The flora of diatoms of the surface layer of bottom sediments of six small lakes of southeastern Belarus (Tyumenskoye 1, Svyatoye 3, Svyatskoye 5, Kolpino 6, Svyatoye 7, and Perstok 15) differing in the degree of anthropio load, and also in the degree of their contamination by radionuclides of the Chernobyl NPS, was studied for the first time. It contains 154 species and 29 infraspecific taxa. The studied lakes, differing in their morphometric and hydrochemical indices, and also in their trophic levels, are characterized by a particular composition of diatoms.
