Краткое описание

In this paper, the breakup processes of the emulsion dispersed phase is considered. The possibility of large droplets splitting by small ones in the boiling water phase due to the sharp release of pressure is shown. The force impact of one droplet on another, based on the Bond and Weber instability criteria is also taken into account. The applicability of the model for determining the processes of displacement, deformation or breakup of inclusions of dispersed phase is indicated.
