Distribution of Theodoxus fluviatilis L. in the Dniester River and the Influence of the Hydroelectric Power Stations on the Structure of its Population

Краткое описание

Results of the study of the distribution of Theodoxus fluviatilis L. in the Dniester river are presented. It has been found that the operation of the hydroelectric power stations (the discharge of cold waters and the drainage of the littoral zone) essentially influences the structure of Theodoxus fluviatilis population. Relationship was established between the body mass of the mollusk and its length.
