Краткое описание
Impact of the crude oil and diesel fuel on activity of succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome-c-oxidase in the gills and liver of fish has been studied. Activity of these enzymes was shown to increase under the effect of diesel fuel, and decrease under the effect of the crude oil. Conclusion has been made that row oil is more toxic for the energy metabolism of fishes.
