Краткое описание
An integrable model of the Hamiltonian system for control of transitions between admissible states according to Bernal-Fowler proton configurations in the ice structure is proposed. The control action on effective potential and orientation of bonds is to be realized through optoacoustic oscillations of the oxygen lattice. Requirements for structural and dynamic stability in the synthesis of the system are taken into account.
