Краткое описание

Initial expressions for the autodyne analysis that were set under influence of the proper radiation, which is reflected from the object, taking into account the internal noises of UHF oscillator and the noise of the power source were obtained. Calculations are performed of the main noise parameters of the autodyne sensors such as sensitivity, the limited energy potential and the dynamic range. Experimental data are presented, which were obtained for the hybrid-integrated module on the base of two-meza Gunn diode of 8-mm range, confirmed the calculation results of parameters.
