JITTER PROBLEM IN PSEUDO RANDOM SIGNAL PROCESSING
Краткое описание
The problem of jitter influence of the on the energy characteristics of pseudorandom sequences, which are used in radars with a continuous probing signal, is considered. For analysis, a single-pulse front formation scheme was used. The functional mathematical model of nonlinear device which form the elementary pulse of pseudo random sequences has been created. And then the jitter influence on phase errors of information output radar signal was analyzed. A connection between the statistical characteristics of jitter and the energy properties of the correlation functions of pseudo-random phase-code-manipulated sequences is established. It has been shown that integral estimates give an idea of the mean square level of the correlation function and do not allow one to judge its maximum peaks. To estimate the maximum peaks, the assumption that probability that the peak of the correlation function can exceeds a certain predetermined level was used. Relations for estimating errors in determining the temporal position of the elementary pulse front of a sequence are obtained.
