Краткое описание

The results of investigation of radar reflectance of optically invisible objects obtained using incoherent sounding in the range of 8 mm and 3 cm have been analyzed. Altitudinal profiles of the structure constant and its seasonal changes have been described and the presence of turbulent inhomogeneity in a spatial spectrum with a peculiar scale of 4 mm has been experimentally proved.
