Краткое описание

A dual-frequency remote sensing method for estimating scale-sizes of solid aerosol particles is analyzed. Results of computer simulations of the remote sensing procedure, based on therigorous solution of the problem of electromagnetic wave diffraction by a dielectric sphere, arepresented. This has allowed determining the range of applicability of the technique and estimating the effect of the polydispersity of the scattering medium.
