CONTROLLABLE FILTER

In this paper, the simulation results of the main characteristics of the controlled filter based on a quasi-fractal structure are presented. The filter basis is a microstrip resonator with axially symmetrical placement of slot inhomogeneities. The resonant frequencies calculation has been performed in terms of the semi-open resonator model. Such design exhibits the characteristics of a tunable frequency-selective device: within certain frequency regions, it has wideband band-stop filter properties, while within other regions it operates as a band-pass filter
