ABSTRACT

This article can be divided into two parts:
In the first part we present an energy analysis for a triple-effects desalination system. This first study makes it possible to locate the optimal zone of operation while being based on two criteria:

    - to minimize the water rejections,
    - to limit the threshold of salinity.
The second part comes to supplement the first study. It allows after having to show the influence of the rate of feed on the studied system, to determine the rate of feed making it possible to operate in the beforehand definite zone of optimal operation. All in all, it is a question of supplementing the first study while being based on two criteria:
    - Maximise the production,
    - Increase time of regulation.
The study relates to an installation of triple-effects.
