ABSTRACT

The solar collector is the basic element of the installations using thermal energy of the Sun. It is offered to apply absorbers with dimples on their internal surfaces to increase their efficiency. Results of experimental and calculated researches confirming rationality of such method of solar collector optimization are presented. The approximate physical model of the process, qualitatively explaining the absence of Reynolds analogy, is offered.
