ABSTRACT

A numerical analysis is developed to clarify the influence of velocity ratio on the structure of the converging jets in a triple jets interaction and heat transfer. The three jets are issued into atmospheric area. This problem is used in several industrial devices. There are so many applications such as: gas turbine airfoils, heating or cooling surfaces, cooling problem technique, combustion, mixing flow.
The considered fluid is Newtonian with constant dynamical and thermal properties. The flow is two dimensional incompressible stationary and turbulent .The aerodynamic and thermal fields are described by the averaged mass, heat flux and momentum conservation equation. Two one point closure models have been used.
