%X The results of investigation of the solid body surface heating by intense heat fluxes are presented. A mathematical model for the process has been developed. Calculations and experimental investigations of the thermal inertia impact on the energy concentration in a random body layer have been made. Heating process accelerations and creation and conservation of a zone with high temperature gradients, which conditions the decrease of energy consumption in body destruction energy intensity, have been identified.
