A mathematical description of the process is formulated. Examples of numerical solution of a system of conservation equations for liquid are given. Then the phenomena of transfer on the interphase surface are described by the methods of the molecular-kinetic theory. The effect of the magnitude of heat load, of the immersion depth of a heater and of the degree of account for dissipation processes in He-II on the results obtained is analyzed. %8 2001-04-01
