Express control of growth and physiological state of microalgae
RESUMO
The experience of applying modem biophysical methods to control the growth intensity parameters of microalgal biomass (by dynamics of native chlorophyll concentration), state of cellular water, and degree of cellular biopolymers hydration is analyzed. These methods enable investigations of the living material, getting objective information expediently, repeated conducting of quantitative evaluations, estimation of biological peculiarities of organisms, the calendar age of culture, and intensity of the unctional algal activity.
