RESUMO

Within the λ−member interpretation made on the basis of the physical vacuum quantization hypothesis the physical vacuum quantization parameters are obtained by using the universal macroscopic and microscopic constants. Also found are dimensions of physical vacuum elementary cells, their effective gravitational mass and lifetime as virtual elements of the environment. The physical vacuum is a virtual quantized lepton matter (dark energy) being the propagation medium for electromagnetic radiation. Using the macroscopic and microscopic constants allowed obtaining the relations between the Hubble constant and the basic parameters of the universe. The data obtained can be used in the study of evolutionary behavior of the universe.
