RESUMO

A method of constructing high-order approximations and schemes based on using multioperators, i.e., linear combinations of operators from one-parameter families, is described. Multioperators approximating convective terms in gas-dynamic equations up to the 18th order are considered. Results of numerical simulations of instability of subsonic and supersonic jets with generation of acoustic fields with the use of multioperator schemes, in particular, numerical simulations of the screech effect in the case of underexpanded jets, are reported.
