MODELING OF INTERACTION BETWEEN PARTICLES AND SUBSTRATE AT DETONATION SPRAYING OF COATINGS
RESUMO
A mathematical description of the interaction between particles and substrate at detonation spraying of the plated compositions with hard refractory couplings is developed. According to the developed model there is an introduction of a particle in elastic viscous substrate, and there are deformations and stresses. They prevent the introduction into the base distributing under a particle. Thus the velocity of a particle changes according to Newton's law. For simplification complex calculations accept the spherical form of a particle which remains a constant at interaction with a substrate. The equations of the model determine components of velocity of a particle and its replacements in a substrate. Then we calculate components of the stress tensor according to the rheological ratio for the given base material. At check of adequacy of modeling, experimental samples of detonation coatings of SHS-powder (FeCrMo + 7% graphite + 70%TiC)Co, received at various distances of spraying, are made. It is established that rated data defined by the offered mathematical description differ from experimental by no more than 11.1%−17.4%. The developed model allows to predict formation of a boundary zone "coating − substrate" at detonation spraying. It is sufficient for prediction of the working capacity of wearresistant detonation coatings of perspective plated SHS-powders (NiCr/FeCrMo + MoS2/graphite + TiC)Ni/Co. Predicted parameters are recommended to consider for optimization of technology of detonation spraying.
