Miniature Heat Pipes for Thermal Control of Radio-Electronic Equipment
RESUMO
The regularities of heat and mass transfer processes in miniature heat pipes (MHP), used for thermal control of radio-electronic equipment (REE), have been studied within a broad range of operating parameters with regard to their structural and design features; a method for MHP analysis has been developed. The results of an experimental study of the developed new designs of heat pipes are presented.
