RESUMO
It was investigated the possibility of using a variable component of chlorophyll a fluorescence that was registered at the action of inhibitors for studying primary phytoplankton production under conditions of a wide variation of light intensity within the PAR limits. There were implicated simultaneous measurements of phytoplankton primary production, variable fluorescence and chlorophyll a concentration in water bodies and under low light conditions in the experimental microecosystems.
