Filtration Activity of Gastropod Viviparus viviparus (Gastropoda, Viviparidae)

Peculiarities of filtration activity of the snail Viviparus viviparus was studied in experiment. Effect of several abiotic factors on filtration activity was shown. Dependence of filtration activity on age, body mass and sex of the specimens was revealed.
