RESUMO
Critical and lethal water temperatures were determined for the yearling steel-head trout and beluga cultivated in the Black Sea in winter. The winter period of cultivation was characterized by two peaks of feeding activity and specific growth rate in steelhead trout and one such peak in beluga.
