RESUMO
The paper suggests the technical stability conditions for both a given finite-time interval and infinite time, also the asymptotic technical stability conditions for continuous dynamic controlled processes with lumped parameters. With the use of the comparison method, Lagrange method, and direct Lyapunov method, one obtains the criteria that determine a set of controls providing the technical stability of a controlled process. One also finds an optimal minimum-norm control with respect to a given process.
