Algorithms of Synthesis of Optimal Reactive Matching and Filtering Devices in Transistor Amplifiers. The Transistor is Included between the Source Signal and the MFD
RESUMO
New interrelations between the elements of the conductance matrix of matching and filtering devices (MFDs), in which the transistor is included between the source signal and the MFD, are obtained. The interrelations are used to find values of the parameters of the MFD reactive elements, optimal by the criterion of ensuring the given values of the signal gain and phase at a fixed frequency.
