Investigation of Heat Transfer and Hydrodynamics in the Helium Two-phase Flow in a Vertical Channel
要約
The experimental investigation results of heat transfer, critical heat flux and pressure drop in the helium two-phase upflow in vertical channel are presented. On the basis of analysis of our experimental data and those of number of other works, the correlation for calculation of heat transfer is suggested. It is found that in helium two-phase flow as well as in boiling ordinary liquids three types of boiling crisis which depend on the flow hydrodynamics may exist. Frictional pressure drop for both adiabatic and diabatic flows was measured. It was found that experimental data on pressure drop are not in agreement with calculation by homogeneous model. Correlation for calculation of pressure drop in diabatic helium two-phase flow is obtained.
