Values of the studied parameters depended on temperature and exposure time. Increase of temperature and exposure time resulted in intensification of ammonia production due to of proteins decomposition related to providing of the energy demands on adaptation processes. Rate of ammonia production was higher than rate of its binding by glutamine synthetase to non-toxic glutamine by glutamine pathway and its excretion through the gills. %8 2014-08-06
