The governing partial differential equations of this problem, subject to boundary conditions are solved analytically for fluid velocities, magnetic field and temperature distributions. The graphical representation for the velocity, the induced magnetic field, temperature distributions and the heat transfer are depicted graphically for different values of dimensionless parameters of the problem and the analysis of the results showed that the flow field is appreciably influenced by the applied magnetic field. %8 2008-09-25
