要約

In this paper, the cavitating flow performance of a cavitation Venturi tube was studied to obtain the steady flow curve and predict the cavitation region based on the realizable k-ε turbulence model and Zwart(Zwart-Gerber-Belamri)cavitation model under the designated conditions. Venturi tubes with different throat diameters of 12mm, 10mm and 8mm were selected respectively, and the distance between the throat and the entrance pipe, L, was designed as 10mm, 7.5mm and 5mm respectively. Compared with the corresponding experimental data, the development rules of steady cavitation were analyzed and the optimal parameters were selected. The results indicate that (1) hydraulic cavitation is the main reason for the steady flow of Venturi tubes, (2) throat diameter affects the steady flow performance of cavitation; the maximum flow rate is 3.052L/s with the throat diameter of 12mm,and the minimum flow is 1.358L/s with the throat diameter of 8mm, (3) the distance between the throat and entrance mainly affects the inception of hydraulic cavitation; the maximum pressure ratio is 0.86 with L of 5mm, and the minimum pressure ratio is 0.849 with L of 10mm.
