The Zone-Element Method in Application to the Combined Heat Transfer Problems

要約

A new numerical method to solve the applied problems of combined heat transfer and radiative gas dynamics is developed. It is based on combined zone and finite-element approximation of the initial modeling equations. The local optical-geometric characteristics (basic) in combination with the finite-element method interpolation possibilities are used to analyze the radiation field. The approach takes into account the incident radiation flux nonuniformity within the zone space and thus makes the method more effective as a whole and, in particular, for solving radiative and combined heat transfer problems in media with high optical density.
