Solid-Vapor Phase Transitions in a Field of Intensive Laser Radiation

要約

The thermophysic and gasdynamic processes of interaction of powerful laser radiation with a densities of power 106−108 W/cm21 = 1.06 μ, λ2 = 0.69 μ, τ = 10−4−10−8 s) with solid-state targets (metals − Al, Cu, dielectrics of a polymeric series as (CH2O)n) in quasi one-dimensional experimental statement are investigated. The results of research of the macrostructure in the zone of interaction and the dynamics of thermal processes at developed evaporation of solids as in vacuum (p = 10−3 Pa), and in an atmosphere of erosive vapors are presented. At intensities of laser radiation less then threshold of an optical breakdown of gas flows the criterion of wave of developed evaporation transition in to wave of thermal ionization for homogeneous gas flows and flows with condensed phase are experimentally determined.
