要約
Peculiarities of the duckweed Lemna minor L. cultivation in vitro at the presence of Cr(VI) have been investigated. Suppressive effect of hexavalent chromium depended on its concentration. The thalli number increment decreased as Cr(VI) concentration from 50 to 400 mg/l. Over in vitro cultivation Cr(VI) was reduced to Cr(III) in the cultural medium; Cr(VI) transportation into the duckweed cells and reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr(III) directly in the cells also have been observed. Time of Cr(VI) concentration decrease to zero depended on its initial concentration (50...200 mg/l) and amounted to 6−10 days at ratio of thalli number volume (ml) of medium 10/1.
