要約
Biomass of the whole planktonic algal association and their single populations in Lake Sartlan (Western Siberia) were under study. Species diversity of phytoplankton was evaluated by a formula derived from principles of the theory of information. Reliable negative correlation between biomass and biodiversity of phytoplankton was revealed. The character of correlation between these values is demonstrated by corresponding analytical formulae and diagram.
