We consider the problem of the vector synthesis of discrete sets on the example of the synthesis of active conflicting media. For solving this problem we propose the method of synthesis of the tree of structures. The essence of the suggested method consists in the property that on every iteration we realize first of all the synthesis of the most promising variants of solutions. The numerical example is presented.
