Its content is based on materials of The 3-rd East European Conference onWind Engineering “EECWE-2002”, held on May 21–25, 2002, in Kyiv, Ukraine. Despite of the regional status of the Conference, the geography of the participants has reached far beyond East Europe. So, the reports not only from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania, but also from Italy, France, Canada, Japan, Argentina, and Taiwan were presented at the Conference. It allows us to say that the materials of EECWE-2002 represent the worldwide up-to-date state of the art in field of recording and simulation of natural wind processes, wind aerodynamics, fluid-structure interaction, and designing the wind power plants. %8 2002-08-01
