T1 Saturated vapour of individual substance JF High Temperature Material Processes: An International Quarterly of High-Technology Plasma Processes JO HTM YR 1997 FD 1997-03-30 VO 1 IS 1 SP 133 OP 147 AB Two-phase system in ideal state is discussed. In the system a condensed individual substance is in equilibrium with its vapour, which is a mixture of chemically reacting gaseous substances. Formulae for the composition of vapour are derived. From these formulae the temperature dependence of the tension of saturated vapour as well as the method of calculating boiling temperature of the condensed substance are derived. It is proved that at a given temperature the vapour tension does not depend on the presence of inert gas. General procedure is illustrated on examples.
