The Method of Complex Determining of Biochemical Composition of Microalgae

ABSTRACT

The method of complex analysis to determine microalgae's biochemical composition in culture is proposed. The method reveals how to define dry weight on the basis of oxidability of biomass, content of chlorophylls, carotenoids, total proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. Use of the given method allows essentially to save time and reactants at the analysis since it is carried out by a micromethod.
