ABSTRACT

On the basis of modem trends in creation of small wind turbines the basic axes are chosen in the course of the plant WPG-10/60 elaboration. The main results obtained at manufacture and workshop testing of the basic units and elements are presented. The critical tasks in creation of up-to-date small wind turbines are shown.
