USING FREQUENCY WAVENUMBER SPECTRUM FOR ANALYSIS OF AIRFLOWS ON A SURFACE

ABSTRACT

A method for studying vortex structures based on the spatial-temporal analysis of turbulent flows using the frequency-wavenumber spectrum is considered. The numerical and physical tests on determination the flow parameters using a physical model and their results are described. The validity of this method for the analysis of turbulent flows is demonstrated.
