ABSTRACT
A boundary-layer problem of the nonstationary asymptotic theory of the interaction between the running pressure perturbation and the boundary layer in supersonic flow is formulated. Analytical and numerical solutions are obtained in the inviscid stationary approximation with allowance for the self-induction mechanism. It is shown that external disturbances produce a significantly smaller effect on the flow if self-induction is taken into account and moves the interaction region in the direction of the motion of the external disturbance.
