ABSTRACT
The results of using EHF-dielectrometry for estimation of changes in the functional state of microalgae subjected to the influence of a cationic surfactant (catamine) in the light and in the dark and at different surfactant concentrations and duration of exposure are presented. It was revealed that catamine changes in a rather specific mode the value of hydrate surrounding of the intracellular structure, polarization sign and content of free water in representatives of prokaryotic and eukaryotic algae.
