ABSTRACT
We consider the method of probabilistic-algebraic project simulation of functionally complex systems. It is based on the use of algebraic structures of describing the relationships between system components. It allows the transition to the modeling the continuous changing the studied property of the systems as a result of the probabilistic changing the states of the components and the random nature of interactions between them.
