ABSTRACT
The method for computing the bounded stabilizing controlling actions for linear stationary asymptotically controlled systems is proposed. The controlling actions, inputted to the system, are computed by real-time solving a special accompanying problem of optimal control. We have showed that the discrete feedback, which is introduced on the basis of software-based solutions of the accompanying problem, is the stabilizing one. We describe the algorithm of work of the stabilizer, computing the current values of the stabilizing feedback over time, not exceeding the period of quantization.
