principle hierarchical coordination
The hierarchical-coordination method for solving the multicast routing problem is proposed. At the same time the important part of this method is the coordinating procedure on the upper level of the hierarchy to prevent the link overload. A number of examples prove the convergence of this method in a finite number of iterations. The factors acting on the method convergence rate, namely, the number of coordination iterations is considered.

This paper analyses the effects of interference in multi-carrier communication in wireless channel and improves the system performance, in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) using Multi-carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) with Subcarrier Self-Cancellation (SSC) technique. SSC is performed for two successive subcarriers. Walsh Hadamard (WH) Code is used to spread the symbols. Simulation results show a significant improvement in performance by increasing the spreading code length with respect to the number of subcarriers. The performance of the system, in terms of BER and bandwidth efficiency, depends on the ratio between these two parameters.

A task of denoising of a component image of multichannel data is considered in this paper assuming that a reference (noise-free) image is available. We propose a denoising approach based on three-dimensional (3D) discrete cosine transform (DCT) applied in blocks. We show that a use of a reference image allows improving the denoising performance (measured by different quality metrics) although it depends on several factors such as a choice of the reference
and the way it is pre-processed. One of the most important requirements to achieve a good performance is a similarity between to be processed and the reference images. A high cross-correlation between them is a necessary but not sufficient condition. These images should have
also close dynamic range. If all these requirements are satisfied by an appropriate choice or by pre-processing of the reference, improvements of the metrics PSNR and PSNR-HVS-M can be up to 3...5 dB compared to the component-wise DCT-based image denoising. We also analyze and process real-life hyperspectral images and provide examples showing efficiency of filtering noisy component images using other components with high signal-to-noise ratios as references.

Based on consideration of the procedures, which are performed at the stages of the aerospace surveillance systems data processing, the paper shows that optimization of detection and measurement of the coordinates of aerial targets is possible solely at distributed data processing in the surveillance system network, and the value of the analog threshold for signal detection is used as a parameter under the conditions of joint optimization of the surveillance data processing.

New principles for the development of measuring procedures in the local microwave diagnostics on the base of aperture resonator measuring converters (ARMC) are justified. A main problem to be solved is to avoid the interfering factors, which exert influence on the measuring results,
such as nonreproducibility of the gap between the object and the ARMC aperture plane, aperture geometry, surface shape and object density, nonreproducibility of microwave oscillator and detector parameters etc. This problem can be solved by forming special combined signals based on the usually applied fundamental primary signals, e.g. ARMC resonance frequency and Q change under the object action. In turn, it is proposed to extract these signals via the
AFC microwave oscillator by the ARMC resonance frequency. The dependences of fundamental and combined signals on some typical interfering factors are given and the regions
with the proposed combined signals invariant to them are denoted. The functional diagram of a universal technical tool for the proposed principle realization is presented.
