numerical experiments.
The algorithm is developed, which enables calculation of the high order statistic characteristic of interference by discrete values of a signal, distorted by additive random noise. Numerical experiments were performed. It is shown that it is possible to use these characteristics of noise in systems of monitoring, control, diagnostics, prediction, identification, etc. for detection of the initial period of defect origination and determination of dynamics of its development.

The technique for analyzing images of unsmooth geophysical fields observed by aerospace methods is given. The technique provides the description of distributions of controlled physical quantities by statistical fractals, definition of scale-invariant characteristics and information divergences of fields of multifractal structure. An example of analysis of temperature field in developing peat fires is given.

It is shown that symmetry in combinatorial optimization manifests itself depending on the structure of the input data and the method of modeling of the objective function. It is based on the symmetry of combinatorial sets and combinatorial configurations (the objective function argument). Its mathematical model is represented by finite sequences, which are characterized by approximate or exact symmetry.

The paper proposes information technology for determining the public utilities quality that defines the quality as degree of conformity of measured utilities parameters to their nominal values. The quality is defined by three interrelated coefficients: instant, partial and generalized. The methodical, software and partly technical support for this technology has been developed.

The model of immunosensor, which is based on the system of latticed differential equations with a delay is offered. The conditions of local asymptotic stability of an endemic state are main result. In this paper, the method of Lyapunov functionals and general approach to their construction, predator-prey models, using lattice differential equations, are used. Numerical examples showed an influence of model parameters on stability.

The method of triple trilateration for determining super-precision coordinates of object location refers to the field of physics, the geodesic and navigation measuring and can be applied in aviation, cosmonautics, mechanical engineering, building and other branches of engineering, systems of search for objects and transport vehicles, navigation and autotransportation control. This technique is also applied for determination of rectangular coordinates, the ways of determining angular target coordinates, coordinates of points on the Earth surface, flat rectangular coordinates of counter points in locality, geographical coordinates of objects and transport vehicles with respect to base stations, geodesic support for urban and settlements pioneering, at pioneering on industrial and housing construction sites, when developing underground communications, at land management, reclamation and cadastre, in agricultural works on densely built up areas, when constructing target indication systems.

The conditions for the achievement by the economic system of a states of equilibrium with the given properties are clarified. The subjects of the economic system are insatiate consumers of goods. Among the producers of goods there are monopolists. The economy model takes into account a taxation of the profit. Consumer preferences of subjects of the economic system depend on the prices of goods and the amount of additional redistribution of capital between producers. An algorithm for solving equilibrium equations is given.
