The influence of heat fluxes in the corona of the Sun on the magnetic configurations of the plasma is considered. It is shown that the heat flux from the boundary of the cylinder causes unstable perturbations, which can lead to the decay of the configuration. The expressions for the magnitude of the heat flux at which a further increase in temperature can cause waves that increase in amplitude are obtained.

Advanced research of the resolving functions method concerning the theory of conflict-controlled processes with terminal payoff function is considered. A modified scheme of the method is proposed. This scheme ensures the end of the game within a definite guaranteed time period in a class of stroboscopic strategies without any subsidiary conditions. The guaranteed time periods for these schemes of the resolving functions method are compared with those of the first Pontryagin method.

Basic problems of macroeconomic security of Ukraine are determined. With software packages MS Excel and Statistica 8.0 the key indicators of the country macroeconomic security are studied. To ensure economic stability in Ukraine it has been proposed to implement a stabilization policy by means of "Pareto magic quadrangle" method which can be effectively supplemented with one more component — direct foreign investments in Ukraine economy that will allow one to make tactical and strategic control and to implement immediate decisions while providing the state economic security. The method is a fundamentally new approach to such problem solution.

Philosophical aspects of magnetic-field theory of measurements are considered. Organic laws, categories, scientific principles and so on are resulted, representing the given theory as complete system of concepts and sights. The definition of magnetic-field theory of measurements is given. It is stated that there are five fundamental laws and five scientific principles which are a foundation of the created theory. The system of the purpose of the theory is stated. The developed scientific directions are highlighted.
