The algorithms of building optimal and guaranteed estimations of nonstationary parameters of difference nonlinear equations with additive noise are given. The approaches to construct optimal estimations based on Bellman functions and Kalman–Bussi filter are presented. The results of numerical experiments for the problem of building guaranteed and optimal estimates for mathematical model of spreading one type of information are considered. The offered approach except theoretical interest has an important practical meaning.

Algorithms for calculating high-order moments of the useful component of noisy signals are developed. Computational experiments are carried out. It is shown that the values of these moments can be used as a diagnostic indicator of changes in the latent period of the technical state of an object under investigation.

The paper has improved the method for constructing harmonic models with nonmultiple frequencies of complex processes based on genetic algorithms which, in comparison with the inductive method of models self-organization allows one to reduce significantly the costs of machine time for their implementation. Based on a concrete example it is shown that the developed method makes it possible to isolate the harmonic exponent from the time series obtained as a result of observing a complex process.

In the cylindrical coordinate system (R, φ, z) the problem of motion of helical modes in a long current carrying plasma cylinder with an azimuthal magnetic field Bφ ~ R/a , where a is the radius of the cylinder, and a constant vertical field Bzi is studied. It is assumed that inside the cylinder plasma moves with velocities Vφ = ΩR/a, Vz = const and outside its boundary a motion of the environment and a magnetic field are absent. It is shown that under certain conditions there occurs the generation of resonance perturbations which can lead to destruction of plasma configuration. It is established that in this case an energy of the cylinder rotational motion changes to an energy of
helical perturbations. The work also gives a thorough consideration to helical modes which do not lead to resonant events. The results of the work are applicable to interpretation of data on studying magnetic tubes in the Sun.

The problems of constructing the algorithms for determining the parameters of the rotational motion of a spacecraft from the information of a star sensor are considered, using the dynamic equation of the solid body rotation in the Rodrigues–Hamilton parameters. The results of modeling the work of the proposed algorithms are presented.
