overview
A new model of cyber-physical systems is considered. The model generalizes known models like hybrid and time automata. The application of modeling and verification methods accumulated in the field of programming to the development of cyber-physical systems is discussed.

Based on the integral representation of solutions of differential mathematical models of the stable dynamics of spatially unlimited elastic medium in the Lame form an integral mathematical model of the initial boundary problem of the dynamics of an elastic body of arbitrary geometric configuration with arbitrary initial boundary conditions is constructed. The cases of both the spatial unlimited body and time interval, on which its dynamics is modeled, are considered. The constructed mathematical models, exactly satisfying classical mathematical models of three-dimensional theory of elasticity, according to the root mean square criterion, are agreed with the observations of its initial boundary state. The root mean square accuracy of modeling the initial boundary observations of a modeled object is estimated. These observations are defined in discretely determined surface-time points. The uniqueness conditions of researched mathematical modeling are also given in this paper.

The well-known generalizations of the direct Lyapunov method for investigation of the stability of invariant sets of dynamic systems are applied to the problem of synthesis of spacecraft (SC) attitude control. Generalizations of the existing algorithms of SC attitude control and stabilization with respect to an inertial coordinate system (CS) are obtained. New algorithms of SC attitude control and stabilization with respect to a rotating (orbital) CS are proposed. The corresponding algorithms for an inertial CS are particular cases of these algorithms. The efficiency of the algorithms is illustrated by computer modeling of the dynamics of SC attitude control systems.

Models of the systems of service with perishable stocks under the presence of different types of requests are proposed. It is foreseen that some requests after completion of their service do not buy stocks. Time of the requests service and time of stocks replenishment are positive random values. The policy of refreshment belongs to a class of two levels. The exact and approximate methods for determination of main characteristics of the suggested models are developed. High accuracy of the adduced formulas is shown by means of numerical experiment.

The authors have constructed the algorithms for building a noisy process probabilistic model consisting of probabilistic models of useful component and noise. A set of such characteristics of noise and a useful component as mathematical expectations, variance, mean-square deviations, distribution density functions and their maxima as well as inflection points along x-axis and y-axis obtained at different periods of time has been formed. It has been demonstrated that the use of these sets in an automated control system allows us to determine a moment of routine maintenance to be performed and thereby to avoid a process shutdown required to carry out a comprehensive overhaul.

main directions of improving the living standards
The assessment of changes in the living standards of the rural population of Ukraine as a result of two crises: the world financial year 2008 and internal crisis of 2014–2016 is given. The deterioration of the main economic indicators, in particular GDP and average wages, has been established. Significant changes in the economic behavior of rural households have been identified: if in the 90s of the last century they have increased their production in private auxiliary farms in the event of crisis, then there is no such trend in recent years. The main directions of improving the living standards of the rural population are given.
