We demonstrate that the distribution density function for the noise of a noisy random signal is the most comprehensive characteristic for identifying the initial period and the degree of fault growth. We develop algorithms and technologies to use this characteristic of the noise of the signal from the force transducer for preventing faults of sucker rod pumping units.

The problem of synthesis of optimal control for stochastic dynamical system of random structures with the Markovian switchings is solved. For determination of the corresponding functions for construction of the Bellman functional and optimal control the system of differential equations is written, for which the existence of the unique solution was substantiated.
On Influence of Monopolies and Financial Obligations on Equilibrium of an Open Economic System

Equilibrium conditions of an open economy with a redistribution of capitals between its subjects are investigated. The equilibrium principles of Walrasian type are used. The model takes into account the presence of not satisfied consumers only. Part of the goods producers are monopolies. The model takes into account a taxation of profits of subjects of the economic system. The limitations of model characteristics are found, which fulfillment guarantees the equilibrium of economic system under complex action of a monopoly effect and the redistribution of capitals. The solution algorithm of the equilibrium problem is proposed. The equilibrium states with the acceptable levels of consumption for all of the subjects of the economic system are indicated. The estimation of marginal values of the equilibrium characteristics are fulfilled. It is noted that the choice of a taxation strategy contributes to realization of the specific equilibrium state of the economic system.

Integral mathematical models of dynamics of unbounded three-dimensional elastic medium and spatially limited elastic body with arbitrary geometry of its external surface are constructed. Consideration is given to matters of steady state dynamics of a body with continuously observed surface. The dynamics of unbounded elastic medium by continuously determined initial state is investigated. The constructed mathematical models are analytically in accurate agreement with classical, well known Lame differential model of elastic medium dynamics, and by the root mean-square criterion − with available observations of initial boundary conditions of investigated objects. The accuracy of this agreement is estimated and conditions of its uniqueness are formulated.
